Within this package, you will be provided a pre-written weight training program that is designed to meet your strength and health goals. You have the option to choose between a beginner or intermediate weight training program depending on your prior weight training experience. These programs offer flexibility in terms of training frequency, ranging from one day per week to a five days per week program. Rest assured, you’ll have the guidance and structure needed to start a rewarding and effective weight training journey.

Hydration Chart

Water accounts for approximately 50-70% of a human’s body weight. Water intake is sporadic, while water loss is continuous. Water loss is a natural occurrence in humans as part of normal living. Ensuring that we are hydrated is essential for life, as water provides the environment in which nearly all the body’s activities are conducted. This hydration chart is a tool that is used in the Simple Health Management Course during week 8 when the topics of hydration and dehydration are discussed. It is a simple tool that is used to test your hydration status based off the colour of your urine. Print it off, laminate it, and leave it in your bathroom for an easy to use hydration reference.
