            This 9-week course delves into various topics such as nutrition, physical activity, weight management, disease prevention, alcohol, hydration, supplements, debunking fitness myths, and much more.

            You’ll have the flexibility to choose from three different options; Balanced, Weight Training, and Vegetarian meal plans. All meal plans offer 80+ food options for variety, to minimise the monotony that usually accompanies following a meal plan.

            These pre-written programs offer flexibility in terms of training frequency, ranging from one day per week to a five-day per week program. Beginner and intermediate programs are available.
