Simple Health Management present our fully structured, pre-written, weight training programs that offer a range of options from a once-a-week commitment to a five-day regimen. The weight training programs provide all the information you need explained simplistically in a visually appealing manner. Each program is accompanied by detailed explanations and visual references, featuring exercise pictures to ensure you have a clear understanding of what each exercise in your program is. Available in beginner or intermediate options, there is a weight training program for you. Please check out the information below, to see which option is best suited to you. 

When you purchase the Simple Health Management Course, a training program will be included, or you can choose to purchase a weight training program separately.

Beginner Weight Training Programs

These pre-structured weight training programs are tailored specifically for beginners with limited or no prior experience in lifting weights. Our goal is to guide you in enhancing your strength, building lean muscle mass, boost self-confidence, and increasing your overall health and well-being. With these programs, you’ll gain invaluable experience in a wide range of lifting techniques by engaging in various movement patterns.

  • 1 to 4 day per-week programs available.
  • Designed for individuals with very little to no prior weight training experience.
  • Exercise image references provided.
  • Weight training information provided and explained.

Intermediate Weight Training Programs

Take your training to the next level with our intermediate Weight Training Programs. The Intermediate programs primary objective is to build on your knowledge from the beginner training programs, placing a focus on lifting techniques across different planes of motion, ultimately enhancing both strength and muscle mass. The main difference between the intermediate and beginner training programs are differences in exercise selection (a few more complex movements), an increase in training volume, and the introduction of Repetitions in Reserve (R.I.R). 

  • 3 to 5 day per-week programs available.
  • Designed for individuals who have at least 1+ years of consistent weight training experience.
  • Exercise image references provided.
  • Weight training information provided and explained.
  • Introduced to the concept of Repetitions in Reserve (R.I.R).
