Structured programs are an essential aspect of training. Without structure, your training lacks direction, thereby limiting the potential results you could achieve compared to following a well-structured program. However, pre-designed workout plans often come with exercises that may not align with your preferences, goals, or comfort level during execution. Sometimes, you may not have access to a specific piece of equipment that is required from some of the exercises in your program. You would like to find alternatives for these exercises; however, you aren’t sure about suitable replacements.

Our programs not only provide the essential structure for your workouts, but they also ensure that you select the right exercises that are relevant to your goals and program’s structure. With this innovative approach, you can personalise your training program, keeping it interesting and enjoyable while still working towards your fitness goals.

All of the Flexible Weight Training Programs will include two distinct workouts: Program A and Program B. Once you’ve completed A, move on to B for added variety and continued progress. Better yet, the interchangeable exercise options provided for each exercise will allow you to reuse your programs with an entirely new set of movements, helping you get even more value out of your program.
